Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
KHOMA (Amsterdam, the Netherlands) respects your privacy. This policy explains which personal data we collect through khoma.nl and our work, why we use it, and what your rights are under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Who we are
KHOMA is the controller of your personal data. You can reach us at info@khoma.nl.
2. What we collect
When you use the contact form or email us: your name, email address, phone number and the content of your message. When you work with us: contact and invoicing details, and the footage and photos we make during a project. When you visit the website: basic, anonymous visit statistics.
3. Why we use it
We use your details to answer your questions, prepare quotes, carry out and invoice projects, and meet our legal obligations such as tax administration. We only use your data for other purposes, such as a newsletter, if you ask for it.
4. Images and footage
People who appear in our footage or photos are asked for permission before recording where needed. If you appear in our work and want it removed from our portfolio or channels, email us and we will handle your request.
5. Who we share it with
We only share data with parties that help us run our business, such as our website host (Framer), email and file-storage providers, and our accountant. They may only use your data on our behalf. We never sell your data.
6. How long we keep it
Messages and enquiries are kept for up to two years. Invoicing and administration records are kept for seven years, as required by Dutch tax law. Project footage is kept for as long as needed for the project and our portfolio.
7. Cookies and analytics
khoma.nl uses Framer’s built-in analytics to count visits. These statistics are anonymous and are not used to track you across other websites.
8. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, object to its use, or ask us to transfer it. Email info@khoma.nl and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
